Frequently Asked Questions
When are Whitefalls Lodges available to rent?
Whitefalls Lodges are available for weekly rental periods on a Sat-Sat basis all year round. Our Honeymoon Lodge may also be available for rental on a Mon to Mon basis. From November to February Short breaks as described on our website may also be available (min stay 3 nights) excepting during peak holiday periods.
What time is entry to the lodge?
Please aim to arrive after 4pm on the day of arrival. This gives us sufficient time to clean and prepare the property after the departure of the previous guests. We try and ensure that Whitefalls Lodges are maintained to the highest standards for your own enjoyment. Please do not arrive earlier as it is unlikely we will be available to check you in until after 4pm as we are servicing a number of properties therefore check-in times are between 4-6pm. If the lodge is ready sooner than 4pm we will send you a text message if we have a contact mobile telephone number.
When must we vacate the lodge by?
Please vacate the lodge by 10am the morning of your departure.
Can I book a Short Break?
Yes. Short Breaks are available in our low season - from November to early March *except during peak holiday times. The minimum stay is 3 nights. During all other times of the year our lodges are let by weekly Sat-Sat or Mon-Mon rental periods. The maximun stay is open to negotiation, however we do not offer price reductions for part-week stays. For any longer lets we will still need to clean and maintain the lodge each week to ensure its high standard.
Are the lodges suitable for children?
Whitefalls Spa Lodges have been designed exclusively for couples on romantic breaks and have therefore been designed with adults in mind. The lodges are each one bedroomed and not suitable for children under 12 years. Occasionally it may be possible to accommodate a third guest in one of our lodges - please contact us direct to check whether this may be possible. All rates shown are for occupancy by 2 persons only. An additional charge is applicable per additional guest.
Can we bring Pets?
No, sorry we are not able to accommodate pets. Our floors and furnishings are not pet friendly. We must also ensure our properties are suitable for guests with allergies. We hope you understand.
