What time is entry to the lodge?
Please aim to arrive after 5pm on the day of arrival. This gives us sufficient time to clean and prepare the property after the departure of the previous guests. We try to ensure that Whitefalls Lodges are maintained to the highest standards for your own enjoyment. Please do not arrive earlier as we will be unable to check you in until after 5pm as we are servicing a number of properties at this time therefore our standard check-in times are between 5-6pm. If the lodge is ready sooner than 5pm we will send you a text message if we have a contact mobile telephone number. If you require a late check-in please let us know on your booking form and arrange with us in advance in order for us to make arrangements for you to gain access to the lodge.

Please bear in mind our rural location prior to arrival and that the property is offered, designated and graded as Self Catering/Self Serve Accommodation by VisitScotland. Guests are strongly advised to stock up on supplies on arrival in Stornoway or, if travelling via Skye, at the Co-op supermarket in Broadford which you will pass en route to the ferry at Uig. The rental is for the accommodation only for an independent Self-Serve break – we are not onsite.
